The Crimson Cavalettes and the Tompkins High School Crimson Cavalettes Booster Club in Katy ISD are asking for your support as a Booth Vendor at the upcoming State Dance Challenge they will be hosting on Saturday, March 2nd at Tompkins High School.
The Crimson Cavalettes Booster Club raises funds to support the Crimson Cavalettes Dance Team with their expenses. Competition fees, costumes, master classes, props, and choreography are a few of the major expenses that we support with funds raised. This competition is our largest fundraiser and we would be excited to have you join us. We will have over 20 schools participating which generally average over 1000 people throughout the day at the competition (spectators and dancers). Your booth will be well visited and will be located so that all attending and dancers will see your products. Non Food Booth Vendors receive one 6’ table and the area around it to display items for $150. Food booth vendors also receive a 6' table and the area around it for $250. Food truck vendors receive a prominent parking spot for $250 plus 20% share of sales for the day payable to CCBC.
The Crimson Cavalettes Dance Team was established in 2013 and is made up of girls from Obra D. Tompkins High School, who excel in the sport of dance. The girls are required to maintain a higher than average academic standing and to represent the school and community as positive role models. Your support as a vendor benefits this team.
We appreciate you considering joining us at this event as a Booth Vendor. Your Booth Vendor Fee is a tax-deductible contribution as we are a 501 (c) (3) organization. If you have any questions, please contact us.
